Our mission is to convert agricultural waste into clean, renewable energy. The proposed plant will support local farmers and the rural economy by turning crop residue and organic waste into Compressed Biogas and fermented organic manure.

Our vision is of thriving farming communities where agricultural waste powers clean industry and transport, strengthens rural incomes, and restores soil health through a working circular economy.

Our Roadmap to Production

Incorporated in July 2026 as a subsidiary of Smenvi Green Pvt Ltd, Suvarna Shakthi Bioenergy is developing a Compressed Biogas project that is expected to begin production within the next three years. Key milestones on our roadmap:

2026

Suvarna Shakthi Bioenergy Pvt Ltd was incorporated as a special purpose vehicle of Smenvi Green Pvt Ltd and secured a Letter of Intent from Think Gas, laying the foundation of the proposed Compressed Biogas project.

2027 – Planned

Project development phase: site finalisation, statutory approvals, feedstock partnerships with local farmers, and financial closure are planned.

2028 – Planned

Construction and commissioning are targeted, covering the anaerobic digestion, gas upgrading and storage systems of the proposed plant.

2029 – Target

The plant is expected to commence commercial production of Compressed Biogas and fermented organic manure.
